The Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library in Edinburg celebrated Library Card Sign-Up Month on September 26 by launching a raffle giveaway and residents who sign up or renew their library cards will enter for a chance to win a literacy basket—filled with books, DVDs, and prizes—with ongoing access to books, audiobooks, Blu-rays, video games, and computers with high-speed internet.
