A 22-year-old Edinburg man pleaded guilty to murder for kidnapping and killing 37-year-old Teodoro Martinez, who was found dead in a burning GMC Envoy near Val Verde Road, and he was sentenced to 15 years in prison—crediting about 3½ years already served.
