Precision through control ( Advanced Level ) This class is designed to refine the science behind turning — breaking down technique from the floor up. Dancers will focus on balance, spotting, core engagement, and rotational strength through resistance-based exercises, stability training, and alignment correction.Using tools such as balance boards, resistance bands, and weights, dancers learn to generate power safely and efficiently. This class is for advanced dancers that want to take their training to the next level.
