Drawing Class for Students ages 12 to 17

Discover the beauty, history, and character of Texas through the art of drawing. Students will explore the state's landscapes, wildlife, architecture, and cultural heritage while developing strong observational and realistic drawing skills using graphite and professional drawing pencils.

Students will explore the beauty, history, and cultural heritage of Texas while developing essential drawing skills! Our program focuses on realistic and observational drawing , introducing young artists to the state's diverse landscapes, wildlife, architecture, and historical landmarks using graphite and professional drawing pencils.

Through guided, step-by-step instruction, students will learn important drawing techniques, including proportion, shading, blending, contour drawing, perspective, and texture.

Art education offers benefits that extend beyond drawing. As students learn to observe details, study shapes, and translate what they see onto paper, they strengthen concentration, patience, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Drawing also encourages creative independence, builds confidence, and teaches children to appreciate their progress through practice and perseverance.

Guided by professional artists in a welcoming and supportive studio environment, students receive personalized instruction while developing their individual artistic abilities.

Each month features a new, independent drawing project, allowing students to join the program at any time during the school year.

Monthly Tuition: $125

Our Drawing Program includes:

• One 2-hour class per week (8 hours per month)

• All drawing materials and supplies included

• Step-by-step instruction by professional artists

• Small class sizes for personalized guidance

• Opportunities to develop realistic drawing techniques
