Retired state District Judge Mario Ramirez, who served 44 years and died on Dec.
24 (aged 75), is being honored with tributes from local leaders; his visitation begins Tuesday, Dec. 30 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in McAllen, and a Mass with burial is set for Dec. 31.
