- ➤ Edinburg CISD trustees met on Dec. 9 to discuss boosting student mental health support and easing counselor workload with new state rules and community partnerships. The board asked Superintendent Mario Salinas to return with an updated plan at the next meeting. The Edinburg Advocate
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Hidalgo County Health and Human Services Department launched a Medical Reserve Corps unit yesterday in Edinburg to train and deploy volunteers for public health emergencies.
