- ➤ The City of Edinburg will host the Miracle on McIntyre holiday celebration from Dec. 4 to 5 at the Promenade Park Amphitheater on W. McIntyre St. Festivities include the Lighting of the Tree on Dec. 4 from 6 to 9 p.m. and the Night of Lights Parade on Dec. 5 at 7 p.m.—the parade will follow Closner Boulevard from Richard R.
