24 for the 'Real Talk: Marketing in Healthcare' seminar at Region One Education Service Center at 1900 W. Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District will soon open enrollment for new adult evening classes at its Career and Technical Education Learning Center in partnership with South Texas College—courses include CPR certification, welding, phlebotomy, forklift operation, and more to help community members build workforce skills.
The D.M. Sekula Memorial Library and UTRGV’s College of Education will host a Family STEAM and Literacy Night on Oct.
16 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the library’s Children’s Department (1906 S. Closner Blvd.) to offer bilingual storytime, hands-on science and art activities, and interactive learning for all ages.
