  • ➤ City leaders in Edinburg broke ground last Friday on Plaza Guerlain, a nearly 30,000-square feet, $22.6 million mixed-use project near UTRGV’s Vackar Stadium. The development will include retail, dining, multifamily housing and EV charging stations—expected to create about 180 jobs and boost the area.  KRGV
