- ➤ Timothy Leos was arrested Tuesday morning after threatening to shoot up the South Texas Behavioral Center in Edinburg—police said he made the threat because his girlfriend was a current patient and a DPS helicopter helped track him to his vehicle near Stewart Road and State Highway 107 in rural Mission.
