- ➤ Police are searching for a suspect after a shooting on Colt Lane in Edinburg where 36 year old Matthew Fraustro was shot in the chest and taken to hospital and is now stable—witnesses reported a blue SUV sped away and a search warrant led to a drug arrest at a nearby home. KURV
- ➤ Edinburg deputies arrested a 29-year-old man after a high-speed chase that began when a cell phone was stolen at a drive-thru and ended near U.S. Highway 281—he faces charges of robbery and evading arrest as the investigation continues. FOX RGV
- ➤ Edinburg police arrested 45-year-old Alan Grosso on Sunday for allegedly shooting 36-year-old Matthew Fraustro during a property dispute on the 3300 block of Colt Lane at 8:48 p.m. on Thursday, leaving Fraustro in critical condition. MyRGV.com
