Today, COSTEP signed an MOU with the Tamaulipas Electrical-Electronics Cluster at the International Museum of Art & Science in McAllen to boost economic, industrial and technological ties between south Texas and northern Tamaulipas as it aims to create business connections and strengthen supply chains on both sides of the border.
🎓 Education
Pharr’s PossAble Dream Adult High School and Workforce Solutions Lower Rio Grande received a $150,000 grant from TWC for tuition-free training for 22 adult learners in HVAC and Medical Assistant fields.
The school will expand its program to serve 1,000 students yearly across the Valley + boost local job skills.
