Emma Garza (12-year-old) from Edinburg is attending a free summer camp at South Texas College’s Technology Campus that teaches robotics using Lego SPIKE Prime kits provided by a Texas Workforce Commission grant.
Linda Estrada (a former Donna ISD employee and TSTA chapter president) took charge as president of the Texas State Teachers Association yesterday after being elected in April.
She spent over 30 years with Donna ISD.

Texas A&M AgriLife & Edinburg Cultural Arts ACE Center offer free cooking and nutrition classes for adults at 315 W.
McIntyre St. from Tuesday, July 14 to Thursday, Aug. 6. Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and include kitchen tools, recipe books and a certificate.
