🎓 Education
Edinburg CISD opened four new wrestling practice facilities for its high school wrestlers (replacing shared gym and cafeteria spaces) after spending $2 million to support the project.
Edinburg Fire Department extended the Teen Fire Academy Class 5 application deadline to Friday, June 26, with limited spots remaining as Classes 3 and 4 are full.
The free program for teens runs Monday through Friday, July 20 to 24, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
