- ➤ Police are investigating a deadly crash at the intersection of North Second Street, Colonel Rowe Boulevard and Nolana Avenue in McAllen—where a Chevy Silverado and a Nissan Altima collided—that killed a 54-year-old man from McAllen and a 20-year-old man from Pasadena, and they said intoxication may have played a role with criminal charges expected.
