The City of Edinburg's Library and Cultural Arts Department partners with H-E-B’s Operation Appreciation to host a Military Spouse Appreciation Day event on Friday, May 9, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library at 1906 S.

Closner Blvd. The event — limited to military spouses who register in advance — will feature a painting session, hors d'oeuvres, mocktails, raffles, and giveaways to honor their sacrifices.
