- ➤ Edinburg Parks and Recreation will host the Senior de Mayo celebration on May 5 at the Jose Nieto and Consuelo Alfaro Robledo Center (700 S. Veterans Blvd) for residents 55 and older. - ➤ The City of Edinburg Parks and Recreation Department will host the South Texas Junior Boxing Olympics from May 1-3 at 315 E. Mark S. Peña Drive in Edinburg.
