A man died when his white Dodge Ram lost control on FM 907 and Beaumont Street north of Alberta Road in Edinburg at around 7:40 a.m. Thursday—after the vehicle spun into an eastside bar ditch and struck a light pole, the Texas Department of Public Safety said it is investigating the crash.

A 15-year-old male was arrested by Edinburg police on the outskirts of Donna after he was identified as one of three suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery at the Nine Tails Smoke Shop on the 3700 block of North Doolittle Road—two additional suspects remain at-large.
