Ernest Hernandez Perez died last night when his Chevy Trailblazer rolled over on FM 1925—Depot Road after he lost control and was ejected from the vehicle, and law enforcement is investigating the fatal accident.

Southbound lanes on U.S. 281 near Linn north of Edinburg were closed after a single-vehicle rollover accident struck a DPS trooper unit+ an elderly man was injured and taken to a local hospital while the officer remained unharmed.
