- ➤ USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins and Governor Greg Abbott attended Monday's opening of a facility in Edinburg that produces sterile flies to stop the New World Screwworm parasite from harming cattle — officials expect the flies to prevent the insects from reproducing. KURV
