- ➤ Edinburg CISD trustees approved new public comment rules that limit topics and extend speaking time during regular meetings on Tuesday, Jan. 13, and they ratified contracts, purchases, and employment recommendations while group grievance cases remained unresolved. The Edinburg Advocate
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ DHR Health and the University of Houston are partnering to build the Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine and DHR Health Medical Research and Education Center on the DHR campus, supported by a $15 million state appropriation (center expected to be built by year’s end).
