Precision through control (Beginner / Intermediate Level ) This class is designed to refine the science behind turning — breaking down technique from the floor up. Dancers will focus on balance, spotting, core engagement, and rotational strength through resistance-based exercises, stability training, and alignment correction. Using tools such as balance boards, resistance bands, and weights, dancers learn to generate power safely and efficiently.
