With experience as a registered nurse and longtime youth mentor, she guides children and families through accessible mindfulness and community wellness practices. Maira blends her clinical knowledge with gentle storytelling and nature‑based tea experiences. Taza NES founder invites participants to discover culture, presence, and joy — one taza at a time.
